Frequently Asked Questions
Do you come to our location?
Yes. We’re fully mobile — we bring everything to your office, venue, or outdoor space and handle all setup and breakdown.
How many people can participate?
Laser tag runs 20 players at a time, and for larger events we cycle roughly 360 people through per hour — so we can handle anything from a small team to a company-wide event of several hundred. Tell us your headcount and we’ll recommend the right format.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue on request.
Indoor or outdoor?
Both. Our experiences are designed to work in ballrooms, offices, parking lots, and lawns, and we plan around weather and available space.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend reserving your date about three months ahead, especially for peak seasons like the holidays. That said, reach out anytime — we’ll always try to accommodate.
What areas do you serve?
Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine, and the rest of St. Johns County and Northeast Florida.
